At These Little Hands Company, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any purchases.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been sold. This policy ensures the health and safety of all our customers.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at Healingandhair@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item
We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement at no additional cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.
